I’ve been collecting some new props and am looking for newborns to ‘shoot’. Newborn is usually classified as 2 weeks or less in age but, if they are tiny, can be up to 4 weeks.
So, if you know anyone who is having, or has a bundle of joy in this age group and would like a free session and a free 8×10 print of baby for participating (no obligation at all to purchase anything else, but of course, it can be arranged), please ask them to email me at castingcalls@avenuebluphotography.com.au
The session can be up to 3 hours long depending on the baby and involves allowing me to pose the babies in and around the props I have added to my collection. Not all babies will be willing in all poses so there will be some winging it. If mum is a nervous first timer, this might not be an ideal opportunity.
The baby is NEVER placed in any danger or pain and, as a parent, and careers as a teacher and paramedic, I’m pretty good with watching out for little ones welfare and would never do anything that may potentially harm them. Just thought I’d add that

This casting call is valid from now until March 18th. Weekdays are easier as I already have several bookings over the weekends.

PS. As these shots use studio lighting, sessions will take place in Wallan which is approx 45min North of the Melbourne CBD.
